Blue Pearl, fresh and fruity Prosecco Doc with a refined packaging. The grapes are subjected to soft pressing and fermentation with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature. Charmat method with fermentation in autoclave, with yeasts originating in the area for two months. Straw yellow color with greenish reflections, fine and persistent perlage. Fruity bouquet with hints of pear and golden apple. In the mouth it is sweet, savory with notes of bread crust.
