Spanish Rice Recipe 1 Tbs cooking oil 1 cup uncooked rice 1 – 7oz can tomato sauce 1 Tbs Bolner's Fiesta Brand Spanish Rice Seasoning 2 Cups water Heat the oil in a pan that has a tight fitting lid. Add the rice and fry it until it starts to turn brown. Stir in tomato sauce, Spanish Rice Seasoning and water and bring to a boil Cover with a tight fitting lid and SIMMER on low heat for 15-20 minutes until the water is absorbed. Do not overcook. Fluff and serve. Makes 6-8 servings.
